VentureX Fund is a SEBI-registered Category I AIF managed by Alpha AMC, focused exclusively on India's SME sector. The fund has a proposed fund size of ₹250 crores with a green shoe option of ₹250 Crores, suitable for investors with 8 year investment horizon, and invests across Pre-IPO, IPO, QIP, and secondary opportunities in listed and pre-listed SMEs. Stock selection follows a proprietary LMVT framework (Leadership, Moat, Valuation, Tailwinds) supported by an internal forensic due-diligence process, with the investment team led by Fund Manager Rajesh Singla, CIO Ishima Singla, and Portfolio Manager Maneesh Nath.
