AIF Platform provides investors with information, comparison and access to Alternative Investment Fund schemes managed by SEBI-registered AIF Managers. AIF Platform does not manage investor funds, provide investment advice, or guarantee the performance of any scheme featured on this platform.

03. Regulatory Framework We Operate Under

The platform operates within the framework of applicable securities laws, regulator circulars and guidelines in India, including:

• SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, and subsequent amendments
• SEBI Master Circular for AIFs (updated periodically)
• SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 (where applicable)
• Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and regulatory KYC norms
• All applicable SEBI intermediary regulations and guidelines governing digital distribution platforms

04. Fee & Commission Disclosure

• AIF Platform does not charge investors any fee for accessing information on this website or for being connected with an AIF Manager (AMC) through this platform.
• When an investor invests in an AIF scheme through AIF Platform, AIF Platform receives a distribution commission from the respective AMC. This commission is paid entirely by the AMC and does not result in any additional cost to the investor. AMCs are also not charged any fee to be listed or featured on this platform.
• Commission structures may vary across AMCs and schemes. Investors may request scheme-specific commission details from AIF Platform before investing.
• No fee is charged to investors for browsing/using the platform or accessing information, unless separately disclosed.
• Full fee schedules for individual AIF schemes are disclosed in the respective Private Placement Memorandum (PPM).

05. Risk Disclosures

• Investments in AIFs are subject to market risk, illiquidity, long lock-in periods and potential loss of capital.
• AIFs are suitable for investors who meet SEBI's eligibility and minimum investment criteria and who understand these risks.
• Past performance of any AIF scheme or fund manager is not indicative of future results.
• No return or capital protection is assured by AIF Platform, any AIF Manager, or SEBI.

• Investor KYC and personal data are collected only for onboarding, regulatory compliance and service delivery
• Data is stored and processed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection law
• We do not sell investor data to third parties
