TCG Equity Opportunities – Scheme 1 is a close-ended Category III AIF by TCG Advisory Services (The Chatterjee Group) that invests predominantly in mid-cap and small-cap companies (≥50%), with a concentrated portfolio of 15–25 stocks across at least 4–5 sectors, targeting companies with market cap above ₹1,000 crore — with a private equity-style approach focused on non-linear earnings growth, discovery premium, and ahead-of-curve thesis building, with no more than 10% allocation to a single stock.
