Managed by 360 ONE Asset (formerly IIFL Wealth), the fund actively targets a diversified portfolio of 25 to 30 early-stage ventures—primarily at the Seed and Series-A stages—across structurally growing sectors like technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer brands, frontier tech, and Generative AI. With a targeted fund size of ₹500 Crore (plus a ₹250 Crore greenshoe option) and a standard 10-year tenure, the fund mitigates early-stage risk by focusing intensely on businesses with validated founder-market fit, clear scalability, and an intent to take meaningful 10% to 20% ownership stakes while reserving approximately 30% of its capital for critical follow-on rounds.
