PERE professional with deep experience and demonstrated track in fund raising, investments, development management, operations and divestments. 

Uniquely experienced as part of leadership cadre at both the Godrej group (Godrej Leadership Forum) and the Tata Group (Tata Administrative Services). 

Led transactions (investments and exits) on a pan India basis across greenfield, brownfield, core assets, JVs and structured debt deals. Deal experience across asset classes (commercial, residential, warehousing, data centres, retail and hospitality).   

Currently, leading the Nuvama - Cushman & Wakefield JV (NCW Asset Management) as CIO. Incubated and scaled the platform to be the leading domestic platform for office assets. 

Previously, led Investments and Strategy at Godrej Fund Management. Instrumental in building a pan India portfolio of high-grade office assets. 

Started my career with Tata Administrative Services (TAS) - Tata Group’s leadership development program - and worked across multiple functions, sectors & geographies.
