Aman Maheshwari

Aman Maheshwari is a finance professional with experience across global markets, capital markets strategy, and investment banking advisory. He had led products from initial conceptualization stage to launch in high performance environments in both early stage startups and established global companies. He has been responsible for end-to-end reporting and analysis of U.S. investment securities and has worked closely with senior equity sales and trading leadership across Asia, supporting annual business and strategy planning, ECM deal analysis, management presentations, and performance assessment. 

Aman has also played a key role in product development within global markets, including designing product roadmaps, driving implementation, and tracking post-launch adoption.

As part of Asia-focused strategy teams, he has acted as an internal consultant to global markets businesses, delivering data-driven and revenue-focused strategic recommendations. 

At Kyro Capital Private Limited, Aman contributes to capital market advisory, fundraising strategy, financial analysis, and transaction execution, supporting clients across equity and debt capital raising, pre-IPO investments, and strategic corporate advisory mandates.

He has cleared Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level – 1 and is an MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad.
